Palm Coast man, 77, facing child porn charges

A 77-year-old Palm Coast man was charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography, according to a press release from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
Edgar Alloway Jr., who lives on Banton Lane, was arrested on Friday. Each count is a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. Alloway was released Saturday from the Flagler County jail on $120,000 bail.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit began an investigation after a tip on Sept. 3 about an AOL account that uploaded 20 files containing child pornography, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies executed a search warrant on Nov. 20 and seized several electronic devices, the release said. ....
