 Fort Bend County Libraries (FBCL) will reopen five locations Monday, Library Director Clara Russell announced in a Thursday news release.  âWe miss all of our patrons, and we know how important our libraries are to their daily lives,â Russell said. âWe want to return to ânormalâ service as soon as possible, but this needs to happen in phases so that we can keep everyone safe and healthy.â  The Books & More curbside pickup service will continue to be available at all FBCL locations.  All who enter FBCL buildings will start at a health-screening station to have their temperature taken, Fort Bend County Judge KP George said during a Facebook Live broadcast Thursday. ....
