MIRAMAR, Fla. – Miramar police have located a 69-year-old woman who suffers from dementia and was reported missing on Monday, authorities confirmed.
Miramar police spokeswoman Tania Rues said Ingrid Francis was alert when she was found Tuesday. She has been transported to a local hospital for an examination.
According to authorities, Francis had last been seen around noon Monday walking east on Granada Boulevard near Island Drive.
In addition to suffering from dementia, police said Francis also takes medication for other health-related issues. ....

Here are some facts: Nearly all of the growth that has occurred in west Daytona Beach has been on land already zoned for commercial or residential development. Volusia and Flagler counties, and Florida, suffered through a Great Recession that stymied growth from 2007 to about 2013. The rapid growth we re experiencing now is partly a result of pent-up demand, on land already approved for development. ....

Federal agents arrest 2 suspects in fatal shooting in Cleveland’s Slavic Village

CLEVELAND, Ohio Two men have been into custody in connection with the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old man earlier this month in the Slavic Village neighborhood.
Trevon Green, 22, was arrested by members of the Northern Ohio Fugitive Task Force on Monday. Green was found at an apartment building in the 4400 block of Granada Boulevard in Warrensville Heights, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Elantra Murphy, 23, was arrested Tuesday morning at a home in the 900 block of Whitby Road in Cleveland Heights. Both men were taken into custody without incident. ....
