A librarian has been jailed after he used his job to access a child’s contact details and sent her explicit messages online while posing as a 16-year-old boy called ‘Gary Barlow’. Glyn Viney, 43, used a fake Snapchat account to engage in sexual communication with the 15-year-old girl after spotting her in the library and using its database to find her. A court heard the pervert also had similar communication with other children - with one believed to have been as young as 13. Now, Viney, who worked in a library in Newport, Isle of Wight, has been jailed for three years and four months. ....
