Healthcare Assistant, Michelle, at Gwen Walford Nursing Home in Hereford has gone the extra mile for the residents in her home. As well as putting her all into her job as a Healthcare Assistant, she’s spent her free time crocheting personalised blankets for the residents as well!
Registered Manager at Gwen Walford and Hampton Grange Nursing Homes, Dan Bridges, wanted to commend Michelle for showing her commitment and passion. “She’s very dedicated to her role and this just proves she has the residents’ best interests at heart. Building relationships with the residents is very important for our staff members and the wellbeing of the residents. This is really fantastic to see, Michelle has really shown that she shares the Rotherwood Healthcare company values as well as being a very thoughtful gesture.” ....

Peacefully at home on February 2nd, 2021, aged 87 years. Loving Husband to Dorothy, devoted Dad to Elaine, Judy and Russell. Loving Grandad and Great Grandad. Due to the current restrictions a private Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Friday, February 19th at 1.30 p.m. Anyone wishing to pay their respects to John can do so by lining the Crematorium grounds. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of John are for St Michael’s Hospice, these can be sent directly to the charity.
