Woman charged with felonious assault, accused of ramming vehicle Police: Suspect said she was upset because the driver was cheating on her Jillian Craig/Correspondent FREMONT - A Fremont woman was charged with three counts of second-degree felonious assault after she was accused of ramming another vehicle with her car. Shelby Caldwell, 22, rammed into the back of a man’s car while driving a Chevy Malibu on North Croghan Street near the intersection at North Park Avenue, according to police. The alleged incident took place around 7:53 p.m. Monday. According to a Fremont police report, Caldwell had already hit the man’s car once, and drove into the back left portion of the car a second time.

BROKEN BOW, Oklahoma- Three children reportedly taken by their non-custodial biological mother from their Fremont home were found safe in Oklahoma late Tuesday night. Police say Mariah Billy, 11, Kenslee Proctor, 7 and Waylon Proctor, 6 were taken from their home around 3 p.m. Monday after Maisie Rogers, 29, the children s biological mother, entered their Victor Street home and assaulted her mother. The children s grandmother is their parental custodian. Rogers then fled with the children in a white Toyota RAV4 SUV with Oklahoma plates, police said. According to a Sandusky County Sheriff s report, Rogers mother had red marks on her cheeks and a knot on her chest that began swelling as she was talking with officers.
