The Cowgirls will play at Incarnate Word this weekend in a three-game Southland Conference series beginning with a 5 p.m. doubleheader Friday night. McNeese (23-21) scored single runs in the first four innings then added two more in the fifth to take a 6-0 lead. UTSA fell to 11-21 on the year with the loss.

(KPLC) - McNeese softball got offensive production throughout its lineup here Wednesday night and used a four-run fourth inning on its way to a 7-1 win over Louisiana Tech. McNeese (18-19) outhit La. Tech (13-16) 9-5 and got at least one hit from eight different players along with solid pitching from Saleen Flores and Ashley Vallejo who combined to pick up the win. Toni Perrin led McNeese at the plate with a 2 for 4 plate appearance, three stolen bases, and scored two runs.
