James Wheeler was 19 when he was charged with killing 50-year-old Larry Freeman on Sackett Street in May 2015. The teen later admitted his actions, saying he was chased and shot at earlier that day, and in a fit of revenge – and on pills and weed - fired at a crowd of people. Freeman, a married father of five who liked to work on cars, was slain by a stray bullet. ....
