WE ARE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOORS , AND I HAVE TO START CLIMBING OUT OF 13 MONTHS WORTH OF DEBT. HE WAS ABLE TO KEEP FINANCIALLY AFLOAT BY TAKING ON A JOB AS A PROGRAMMER. BUT FINNEGAN’S PUB IS HIS TRUE LOVE. IT’S EMOTIONAL BECAUSE IT’S HARD TO DRIVE BY I LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT KILLS ME EVERY TIME I DRIVE BY AND SEE THE DOORS CLOSED. LASSEN COUNTY, Calif. The top-down approach from the state reached a breaking point in Lassen County after local leaders cut ties with OptumServe, a state partner in testing services. Our initial concerns with having a California centralized testing solution have not only proven to be true but is turning out to be worse than what we had originally thought, Lassen County health officials said in a letter cutting ties with OptumServe.
