A tribute to this year’s John Lewis Christmas advert, made by pupils in Salisbury, has been seen more than 8,000 times after being shared by the retailer online.
Year 5 pupils at St Andrew’s Primary School in Laverstock created their own version of ‘Give A Little Love’ as part of a PSHE lesson (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education).
The three-minute video, filmed and edited in the space of one afternoon, shows small acts of kindness. Each scene is connected by the campaign’s heart symbol being passed on among the children.
Class teacher Clare Dallard said: “We watched the advert as part of a PSHE lesson and it generated a discussion about how people show love. ....
