CDR: Fiscal facilities for early childhood education - beneficial for increasing the education level

The representatives of the Coalition for Romania s Development (CDR) consider that the grant of fiscal facilities for early childhood education is beneficial for increasing the level of education in Romania and mentions that dialogue can help find alternative solutions, following a transparent impact analysis.
Regarding the fiscal facilities for early childhood education, the business environment welcomed the measure adopted last year by the Parliament of Romania and expressed its interest in contributing to the elaboration of the enforcement regulations, given that a part of the companies have granted these facilities to their employees right from the beginning of 2021. CDR considers that the measure is beneficial for increasing the level of education in Romania and for stimulating employees with children and considers that, through dialogue, alternative solutions can be found following a transparent impact analysis, CDR said in a release on Mond ....

Megvii Technology Ltd. is poised to become the first major Chinese artificial intelligence startup to go public after it filed for a Chinese Depositary Receipt offering on Shanghai’s
Star board on Friday.
The startup, backed by Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., plans to issue up to 253 million Class B shares as the underlying stock for the CDR offering, according to its prospectus. Senator Jane Hume, Minister for Superannuation, Financial Services and the Digital Economy, has taken over from the ACCC as Consumer Data Right rule maker.
The Consumer Data Right (CDR), the regime which gives consumers greater access to, and control of, their data in a bid to help them compare and switch between products and services, has officially been handed over from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to the Treasury.
The rule-making function for the CDR – which currently only applies to banking – has now been passed to Senator Jane Hume, Minister for Superannuation, Financial Services and the Digital Economy. ....
