Italian oil major Eni and the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (ICC-NDRC) of China have an agreement promoting the collaboration between Eni and Chinese energy players.

Italian oil major Eni and the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (ICC-NDRC) of China have an agreement promoting the collaboration between Eni and Chinese energy players.
Dr Huang Yong, Director General of the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Eni’s Chief Executive Officer, Claudio Descalzi, signed the memorandum of understanding (MoU) on energy cooperation on the occasion of the China-Italy Joint Government Committee.
The MoU establishes a cooperation framework aimed at facilitating joint initiatives between Eni and Chinese counterparts across the entire energy value chain in China and internationally. On Dec 29, on the occasion of the 10th Joint Meeting of the China-Italy Joint Government Committee, the principal person in charge of the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (ICC-NDRC) and Eni Group s Chief Executive Officer, Claudio Descalzi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between ICC-NDRC and Eni Group of Italy through video link.
