Deputies charge teenager with manslaughter of 3-month-old baby

LIMESTONE CO., Ala. (WAFF) - A Limestone County teenager was arrested for the death of a 3-month-old baby, according to the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office.

On April 20, deputies arrested at 15-year-old from Athens on a manslaughter charge. Officials say the teenager was not related to the infant.
It began on April 8, when officials with the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office say they received a call for emergency medical services at a home on Myrtlewood Drive. The call was about a 3-month-old infant having difficulty breathing. ....

Glenda Killian

Glenda Killian, 78 of Athens, passed away on Thursday, December 10th, 2020 at her residence.
Visitation for Mrs. Killian will be Sunday, December 13th, 2020 from 5:00-7:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Hollywood Cemetery in Gastonia, NC., with Limestone Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Killian is survived by her husband Paul Killian, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Comfort Care Hospice of Huntsville, and the American Parkinson Disease Association (www.apdaparkinson.org).
