St Augustine plans renewed efforts to make traffic curve safer

Following protests by a city resident, St. Augustine City Manager John Regan said he s moving forward with fresh efforts to make safety changes at a dangerous traffic curve.  Bruce Bates, of Anastasia Island, wants safety improvements on Anastasia Boulevard along what he calls dead man s curve, the stretch that includes Red Cox Drive, Old Quarry Road and Anastasia Park Road.
