If you have ever wanted to drive a couple of laps around the Talladega Superspeedway, you will be able to do so Friday, April 2!As part of a fundraising effort for victims of the recent tornadoes in Alabama, NASCAR s biggest track is allowing fans to take their personal vehicles on a two-lap trip around the superspeedway for $50 per vehicle. No motorcycles, RV’s or tractor trailers will be allowed on the track.“In a time like this it’s so important for all the members of the community to come together and support our neighbors,” said Talladega Superspeedway President Brian Crichton. “We feel so much compassion for everyone who was affected by last week’s storms, including those near the superspeedway in Ohatchee.The fundraiser is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.
