Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman were the daughters of former Southend priest, Wilhelmina Smallman
TWO police officers have been charged with misconduct following the alleged murder of a Southend priest’s two daughters.
PC Deniz Jaffer, 47, and PC Jamie Lewis, 32, will appear in court in connection with photographs taken and circulated in relation to the deaths of Bibaa Henry, 46, and Nicole Smallman, 27.
The two sisters suffered fatal stab wounds during an incident in Fryent Country Park, Wembley, in June last year.
PC Jaffer and PC Lewis have both been charged with one count of misconduct in public office.
They are due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, May 27. ....
