Kerin, of Hyde Park, said she secured more than $3,000 in donations from various friends for a fundraiser for The Mighty Quinn on Sunday. But it all hinged on getting her head shaved.

Steuben County s 4-day average of COVID-19 cases encouraging
County notes decline in new cases, has just over 500 active cases
Staff reports
BATH Steuben County s rate of new COVID-19 cases continued to slow in recent days.
The Steuben County Public Health Department reported Tuesday that 109 Steuben County residents tested positive for COVID-19 since Friday s update. At times during the pandemic, the county has added over 100 cases per day.
“This four day average of cases is very encouraging,” said Public Health Director Darlene Smith. “However, many case investigations over the weekend noted individuals that continued to work or socialize while symptomatic. Please continue to be diligent in efforts to slow the spread. If feeling unwell, be mindful about getting tested and not going to social gatherings, work, or other public locations where the spread could continue.”        ....
