DASKA: The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) Saturday unofficially won the high-stakes by-election in NA-75 Sialkot-IV with its candidate Nosheen Iftikhar bagging 111,220 votes defeating the PTI’s Ali Asjad Malhi by a margin of 19,201 votes.
According to the unofficial results received from 360 polling stations, Nosheen Iftikhar was polled 111,220 votes with Ali Asjad Malhi trailing behind her with 92,019 votes.
A wave of jubilation swept through the constituency with the PMLN workers and activists taking out rallies and distributing sweets to celebrate the victory.
The polling started at 8am and continued till 5pm without break.
A total of 360 polling stations were set up for 4,94,000 registered voters. Forty-seven polling stations were declared sensitive by the ECP. ....

Result awaited as vote count in NA-75 Daska by-election gets underway

Close competition is expected between PTI candidate Asjad Malhi and PML-N candidate Nosheen Iftikhar
DASKA (Web Desk) – All eyes are now on the election result as the voting process in NA-75 by-election in Daska has concluded. The PML-N has fielded Nosheen Iftikhar while Ali Asjad Malhi is the candidate for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
As per unofficial and undeclared results from fifty-five polling stations, PTI’s Ali Asjad Malhi is leading with 17,166 votes, whereas, PML-N’s Nosheen Iftikhar has obtained 14,555 votes so far.
POLLING ARRANGEMENTS 
The polling that started at 8am continued till 5 pm without any break. 360 polling stations were setup for the 4,94000 registered voters in the constituency. Out of which, 47 polling stations were declared sensitive by the ECP.  ....
