Vegan Comfort Classics. “It’s got the same kind of vibe,” she says.
A toasted sesame seed bun slathered with jalapeño ranch, stacked with purple cabbage slaw, pickles and pieces of battered and fried artichokes, she was inspired by chef Rob Clarke’s southern fried artichoke sandwich at Vancouver restaurant The Arbor.
