It would be second generation racer (son of the Tall Cool One - Bob Pierce) holding off friend Devin Moran (son of the Million Dollar Man - Donnie Moran) at the conclusion of the 30 lapper.  Pierce thanked the usual crew, family and friends in victory lane in front of the DirtVision.com cameras, then took a moment to wish special love to his Aunt Jen Hawk who d earlier in the day passed away from a brain aneurysm. Hawk, with husband Larry, own Premier Waste Services, one of Bobby s primary sponsors on the racecar. Behind Moran was Hudson O Neil in Maryville s Roger Sellars owned team, Shepard and Darryl Lannigan of Kentucky.

The Georgia Giant Shane Clanton fought and scratched his Skyline Motorsports / Capital race car team to their first LODLM series victory in over a year, despite be afflicted with the COVID-19 disease recently that came close to sidelining the Fayetteville, Ga. racer for the first few events. Luckily Clanton didn t have to miss any series races, despite being close to 30 pounds underweight.

Screven Sprint Cars Led By Schatz And Reutzel; ERB Wraps Up Tampa s Winternationals Sunday, January 31, 2021 - by Steve Hixson Former two-time NASCAR champ Tony Stewart s All Star Circuit of Champions Sprint Car Series invaded South Georgia s Screven Motor Speedway this weekend bringing Winged Outlaws to the state for the first time in 2021 for a pair of events.   Over 30,410 powered race teams entered and in the end North Dakota s Donny Schatz (#15) and Texan Aaron Reutzel (#83) took the respective checkers at the 1/3 mile red clay dirt track east of Macon.   Screven hosts multiple events during Speedweeks leading up to the running of the Daytona 500. Next weekend another pair of events take place for Super Late Models as the Southern All-Stars and the Ultimate series share the ultra fast track.
