The building is now occupied by Mission Foods.(Alliance Architects ) An Atlanta-based developer with a solid track record of North Texas projects is eyeing a new industrial project in southern Dallas County. Robinson Weeks Partners is working on plans for a more than half million square-foot speculative distribution building south of Interstate 20 in Lancaster. The building at 301 N.
