The driver had just picked up an old hot water system when he came under police scrutiny. Joel Carr, 18, from Brassall pleaded guilty in Ipswich Magistrates Court to driving even though he has never held a licence at Sumner on March 14. Prosecutor Senior Constable Bridie O Shea said a police patrol intercepted Carr driving along Sumner Road. There had been issues with his tyres and Carr was unable to produce a driver s licence. ....

In a recent interview Simon, who is one of the founders of the Antigua and Barbuda Warri Academy, said the body has been trying for quite some time to convince those in authority that students will benefit from having the game in schools. “Outside of the academy, we have done a number of workshops in schools across the island and we’ve tried our best to get the game in schools under an official banner but that has not happened as yet.
