GRANT NOV. 24 Suspicious activity. A resident in the 11000 block of Hillcrest Court reported that lights in their neighbor s home were going on and off and thought it might be a signal for help. Authorities were unable to contact anyone at the residence but spoke later to the homeowner who said his toddler likes to flick the light switch. ....
