Darlington Library has created a range of Reading Well Bags for children, teens and adults containing a range of books to borrow and useful tips to boost their health and wellbeing.
A well known greengrocer, Robin Blair, who has a stall in Darlington s indoor market, also sponsored the initiative, enabling a pack of flower seeds to be added to each bag.
The library has also added a range of Reading Well books to its online collection so readers can log in from home and borrow a range of titles designed to help with mental health and wellbeing. ....
