T-Mobile historically hasn’t been real aggressive in going after the enterprise and government sectors, but it’s doing so now, taking advantage of its 5G network and work-from-home scenarios tied to the pandemic.
The Bellevue, Washington-based operator on Thursday unveiled T-Mobile WFX, three solutions designed to help enterprises meet their communications needs. It includes T-Mobile Enterprise Unlimited and T-Mobile Home Office Internet, as well as T-Mobile Collaborate, which is a suite of mobile-first, cloud-based tools for businesses.

T-Mobile’s business services unit on Thursday unveiled a three-piece portfolio of solutions geared toward enterprises working from home based on the self-proclaimed “un-carrier’s” increasingly robust 5G footprint.
The brand-new T-Mobile WFX portfolio includes T-Mobile Home Office Internet, a broadband solution for home workers; T-Mobile Collaborate, a cloud-based series of communication tool; and T-Mobile Enterprise Unlimited, wireless plans with unlimited 5G that compete with the other wireless carrier’s shared, or pooled cellular plans.
Today, T-Mobile announced WFX, a bundle of three services designed for businesses with employees working remotely. It includes home internet, collaboration tools, 5G service, and more.
