TINLEY PARK, IL The Tinley Park Village Board of Trustees approved of a $300,000 incentives package for the soon-to-be The Boulevard at Central Station restaurant, and apartment complex.
The board gave a green light to the package to help support the 6,900-square-foot Italian-inspired tapas restaurant. The restaurant is slated to include a full bar, outdoor dining area, banquet space and a carry out/TOGO area.
According to the agreement, the total incentive package will not exceed $300,000. The village will be providing upfront assistance of $230,000 to support the building of the restaurant, with the remaining $70,000 to be paid through sales tax sharing over five years. ....
