Dinwiddie opens shelter for thousands still without power As crews continue to restore power in Dinwiddie County following Saturday s ice storm, another ice storm forecast to arrive Thursday will slow those efforts. This is also the entrance that will be used for the shelter. The shelter will open at 5:00 p.m. this afternoon. No admission will be after 8 p.m. ....
