(Photos courtesy of Nevis School). The team s last regular season meet was March 3. The school’s top two teams are scheduled to compete at Regions March 17. The top four teams at Regions will advance to the state competition. Lou Ann Muhm has been the team’s coach for 22 years. “I took over from Marsha Wolff,” she said. “The biggest change has been going from one team that first year to now typically having eight teams. The program has grown hugely. This year we are down to four teams. I think some of the students weren’t interested in doing the virtual format, but it has worked OK.” ....
Three men were arrested. Wayne Timothy Woods III, also known as Beans Ozama, 21, of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, is charged with distribution of fentanyl Oct. 12 at a residence in Clarksburg. William Daniel Aman, 31, of Bridgeport, is charged with delivery of fentanyl Nov. 10 in Clarksburg, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, meth and hydrocodone June 25 in Harrison County and a meth-related charge dating to 2018, also from Harrison County. Justin Camden Garrett, 30, of Clarksburg, is charged with three counts of delivery of fentanyl (July 30, Aug. 3 and Oct. 13), one count delivery of meth (Aug. 1), possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, meth and hydrocodone (June 25) and conspiracy. ....
