A 24-year-old man was arrested outside South Carolina’s McCormick Correctional Institution Monday after he was seen trying to deliver cannabis and other contraband to the prison by tossing the goods over a fence.
Reginald Jamar Sims had thrown or was attempting to throw eight packages over the fence at the maximum-security facility when he was arrested, notes a statement from the South Carolina Department of Corrections (SCDC).
