LAKELAND, FL Lakeland s newest millionaire is Kimberly Franklin, 63, who claimed $1 million playing the $5 Gold Rush Supreme Scratch-Off ticket June 21, according to the Florida Lottery.
Franklin purchased her winning ticket from Dad s Supermarket Meat Market, 1510 Kathleen Road, Lakeland. She chose to receive her winning as a one-time, lump sum payment of $880,000. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
The Florida Lottery announces that Kimberly Franklin, 63, of Lakeland and Gary Moore, 61, of Zephyrhills each claimed $1 million Scratch-Off top prizes at the Tampa District Office. ....

The Florida Lottery announced that Robert Crabtree, 36, of Largo, and Heriberto Reyes, 47, of Lutz, won the money from the drawings held on January 12 and 19, 2021, using a secured drop box located at the Tampa District Office.
The winning tickets matched all five of the white ball numbers but did not match the Mega Ball.
Crabtree purchased his Quick Pick winning ticket at MD Oriental Market, located at 7580 49th Street North in Pinellas Park. Reyes purchased his Quick Pick winning ticket at Publix, located at 16560 North Nebraska Avenue in Lutz. Tampa, Florida - The United States filed a civil complaint seeking to permanently enjoin the owners of a Tampa-area clinic and pharmacy from unlawfully dispensing opioids and other controlled substances, the Department of Justice announced Friday.
In a complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the government alleges that Dr. Tobias Bacaner, Theodore Ferguson II, and Timothy Ferguson used Paragon Community Healthcare Inc., to unlawfully issue controlled substance prescriptions, and Cobalt Pharmacy Inc., to unlawfully fill controlled substance prescriptions, all in violation of the Controlled Substances Act. The complaint alleges that the defendants ignored obvious signs of abuse or diversion when issuing and filling opioid prescriptions. The complaint also alleges that ....
