CSD rolls past WiHi to start the season 1-0

CAMBRIDGE, Md.- Behid two touchdowns and an interception from Dario Belizaire, the Cambridge Vikings defeated WiHi 27-6 to start the season 1-0. The loss drops the Tribe to 0-1.
It was the first official Bayside sports action in 363 days, the CSD Vikings coming off of 2019’s MPSSAA state semifinal appearance against Dunbar. The Tribe in their second season under Head Coach Isaiah Taylor, finishing 4-5 in his first season.
WiHi received the opening kickoff and looked a little rusty, starting out the game 3 and out. On the punt, the Tribe pulling out some trickery. A punter sneak sniffed out perfectly by the Vikings defense turned the ball over inside the WiHi thirty setting up the games opening points. Dario Belizaire punched the ball in from three yards out to give CSD the 7-0 lead. ....
