New motorcycle trials club established

The Tyrone Motorcycle Trials Club has officially been set-up under the auspices of the Amateur Motorcycle Association (AMA), to cater for the ever-growing number of trials enthusiasts in Omagh and the surrounding districts of Beragh, Fintona and Dromore in particular.
 
Until the recent formation of the club local riders had no option but to travel to all arts and parts of the country to compete and the club’s first chairman Brendan Gormley said it was important to establish a local base for the continued growth of the sport and the development of local riders. ....
