Urban Market kicks off this Thursday Back to video Cindy Campbell, the BIA’s executive director, told The Daily Press they want to wait until the province moves into Step 3 in its COVID-19 re-opening plan before Downtown Timmins fully launches its Urban Park program. Tentatively, that is expected to happen by the third week in July. The province, including the City of Timmins, is currently in Step 2. Even though the Step 2 guidelines allow for outdoor gatherings up to 25 people, Campbell noted, “When we do the Urban Park, we have far more than that many people.” ....
