Youth are a valuable asset, as well as the backbone and strength for the nation’s future, who need to be nurtured, educated and guided, said Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Bahrom bin Pengiran Haji Bahar.
“This will enable the nation to produce youth who are able to carry the roles and responsibilities of religious preaching in a complete and correct manner,” he said at the launching of the Da’wah Academy 3.0 yesterday.
He described the youthful participants in the programme as “ready to face the current challenges, while possessing physical and mental endurance and strength – they come from a productive generation who are competitive, visionary, dynamic and spirited to continue in their endeavours to the end”. ....

Da’ie, was launched at a ceremony at the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) building, in Jalan Menteri Besar yesterday.

Islamabad : Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Pir Noorul Haq Qadri on Thursday urged religious scholars and educational institutions to play their due role for dissemination of Islam’s message of harmony and peace.
Addressing the concluding session of the two days international conference on “ Contemporary challenges for Dawah and their elucidation in the light of Seerah” organized by Dawah Academy of the International Islamic University (IIU), he said a preacher must be reflection of Seerah to get best results.
He said Mosque and the Minbr are the vital attributes of an Islamic society and they have complete freedom in Pakistan. The minister called for addressing the challenges of Dawah and sought their solution in the light of Seerah. ....
