Lou Malnati s is consolidating its properties in Buffalo Grove in the spring, which includes moving its corporate headquarters out of Northbrook.
The 50-year-old pizza giant is moving to 900-950 Busch Parkway and intends to use the space for a national e-commerce manufacturing plant and fulfillment center, as well as a home office.

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Wednesday to set public hearings for more open space in the communities of Hidden Meadows and Valley Center.
The hearings will be on Aug. 18 as part of the regular board meeting. If supervisors vote yes, the county will move forward with purchasing both land parcels, which are located in northern San Diego County.
According to information in the board agenda, the county wants 277 acres of open space north of the Mountain Meadow County Preserve in Hidden Meadows, which is located near the city of Escondido.
“This acquisition meets the criteria for conservation due to the high- quality habitat and biodiversity, biological connectivity, access and value,” and also would help lower greenhouse gas emissions by 325 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalents a year, county staff said.

SAN ANGELO Deep down, Herbert (H.R.) Wardlaw wants you to know he s genuinely a good person. The fact his lawsuit is against a group of children is beside the point. I have nothing against them, Wardlaw said during an interview with the Standard-Times. Wardlaw says he s battling to preserve the character of Santa Rita, one of San Angelo s oldest and most affluent neighborhoods.
In October 2019, Wardlaw joined with fellow residents to sue Texas Tumbleweeds Gymnastics, Lifepoint Baptist Church, and the City of San Angelo after it approved a special-use permit allowing the children s gymnastics organization to set up a commercial business at 802 Kenwood Drive, deep inside Santa Rita s posh, quiet community.
