That's on top of the bars and restaurants that have already opened downtown, such as Stoop Kid, Hot Daisy Pizza, The Ainsworth, The Yard Milkshake Bar, Tap That! Downtown, Il Bosco Pizza, The Pemberton (Saint Pasta, Dino's Napoletana, Abnormal Beer Co.), Luckys Indoor Outdoor, Character, and Alias. It also means that there will be more restaurants downtown than before the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020, according to an analysis from Downtown Phoenix Inc., an organization that advocates for and promotes downtown businesses.

Starting in March, get ready for banana daiquiris, blue Hawaiians and Mexican rum mojitos. A new cocktail bar housed inside a shiny silver Airstream is set to roll into downtown Phoenix. Valley beverage experts Colton Brock, Tyka Cheng and John Sagasta are teaming up to bring the new bar, named Baby Boy, to The Pemberton. The camper will park alongside other food trucks and trailers at the local business complex popping up in the yard surrounding a historic house on Second Street. The Pemberton also includes the new location of Film Bar, where customers can view movies at an outdoor theater. Other trucks and trailers in varying stages of opening on the property include Saint Pasta, Dino's Napoletana pizza and others.
