MERIDEN â The first phase of the cityâs plan to expand the Meriden Green goes before the Inlands Wetlands and Watercourses Commission on Wednesday.Â
Replacing the Cedar Street bridge over Harbor Brook is part of a $5.35 million flood control project that includes other work.
