In fact, many won t get a break at all. Aware that this week students typically travel, some college campuses have cancelled it completely in efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. However, some college campuses will offer students resources throughout the week. âFor OSU students, OSU made the decision not to have the traditional spring break this year,â Jamie Edford, Director of Marketing and Communicaiton for OSU said.
Tulsa Police arrest a man after his car crashed into a motel Jaromir Chalabala and last updated 2021-03-13 20:47:04-05 TULSA, Okla â Tulsa Police responded to the area of North Sheridan Road and East Admiral Place for reports of a car running into a motel. When officers arrived they found the car had crashed through a motel room wall. The Tulsa Fire Department responded to reinforce the structure and remove the car from the wall. The driver, Duane Harper, was checked out by EMSA in an ambulance, but refused to come out when officers attempted to remove him. Harper was wanted on a warrant in Tennessee for a parole violation on a sex crimes conviction.

Bixby police arrest teenager on charges of manslaughter TPD and last updated 2021-03-08 14:19:21-05 BIXBY, Okla â Bixby police responded to the area of 121st and Garnett for reports of a shooting. Police found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest, he later died at the hospital. Police said the suspect, Jackson Bruce, ran to witnesses and told them he shot the victim, his brothers. Bruce told police he was cleaning a gun while sitting on the floor in his bedroom. He also told police he pointed the revolver at the victim and the revolver went off. Jackson Bruce faces a 1st degree manslaughter charge.
