The refurbishment project of the 400/110 / 20kV DomneÈti substation, a total investment of about 25 million euros from the own funds of Transelectrica SA, is currently being carried out in 95%, the completion of the works being expected by the end of June. Despite Sibiu Airport’s traffic decline from coronavirus, its management team has been working hard to get the airport back to traffic levels seen pre-pandemic as soon as possible. To help with this, Sibiu is offering all interested airlines a state-aid scheme approved in line with the conditions set out in the Temporary Framework of the European Commission.
