Port Authority: Passengers should expect delays after T vehicle derails near South Hills Village

A Port Authority of Allegheny County T vehicle derailed near South Hills Village in Upper St. Clair on Thursday afternoon. Watch video from Sky 4 over the scene in the video player above. The derailment happened around 1:30 p.m. and officials said no passengers were inside the vehicle. They said the vehicle went off the tracks at a very low rate of speed.Officials said delays were expected to last until 6 p.m. The T vehicle was back on the tracks around 9 p.m., officials confirmed.
