The Tri-Valley Conservancy (TVC) has appointed Laura Antrim as its new executive director, following the recent retirement of Laura Mercier.

Tri-Valley Conservancy Names Laura Antrim as New Executive Director

LIVERMORE â The Tri-Valley Conservancy (TVC) Board of Directors announced the appointment of Laura Antrim as the new executive director.
Antrim will succeed Laura Mercier who retired at the end of June 2021 after 18 years of service to the organization.
Antrim is an accomplished leader, engineer and project manager with over 13 years of experience at The Wine Group in Livermore and Ripon, and most recently, as a manager with Bay Area Rapid Transit.
âThe Tri-Valley Conservancy Board of Directors is looking forward to working with Laura and for her to apply her expertise as the land trust undertakes several new projects to revitalize local agriculture, implement the South Livermore Valley Area Plan and protect urban growth boundaries,â wrote the TVC in a press release. ....

Laura Mercier Resigning from The Tri-Valley Conservancy

REGIONAL â After spending nearly two decades at the Tri-Valley Conservancy (TVC), including the last 10 as its executive director, Laura Mercier has announced she is leaving her position on June 30. She plans to seek new adventures closer to family and friends in Wisconsin.
Mercier, 60, submitted her resignation last week to the TVC s Board of Directors.
It has been a fantastic ride with TVC, Mercier wrote in her letter. I cannot believe that it will have been for almost 18 years! When I moved to Livermore, I had no idea of what an opportunity was to come my way. I am always grateful and feel blessed to be able to be a part of Tri-Valley Conservancy.â ....
