New Delhi, Feb 8 : Drone survey under the pilot phase of the central scheme SVAMITVA,which aims to provide an integrated property validation solution for rural India, has been completed in about 23,300 villages of nine states and property cards have been prepared and distributed/under distribution to about 2.30 lakh property holders of about 1,432 villages till last month, Sunil Kumar, Secretary, Union Ministry of Panchayati Raj, said on Monday. ....

The resurvey will be carried under YSR Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku-Bhu Raksha scheme and would spread over 1.26 lakh sq kms in the state
Drones and Continuous Operating Reference Stations (CORS) network would give accurate measures.
VIJAYAWADA: The mega task of a comprehensive resurvey of lands after 100 years will be launched across all 13 districts and is aimed at resolving land-related disputes and objections.
The resurvey will be carried under YSR Jagananna Saswatha Bhu Hakku-Bhu Raksha scheme and would spread over 1.26 lakh sq kms across the state. As many as 17,000 villages would be covered in three phases. People are hoping for an end to land disputes and upgraded land records. ....

AMARAVATI: The ‘YSR Jagananna Saswatha Bhoomi Hakku-Bhoomi Rakshana’, a land resurvey across the State of Andhra Pradesh for giving permanent land rights to ensure dispute-free land holdings was launched on Monday by the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.The digitisation of land records will eliminate any scope of manipulation which has become a significant menace after the bifurcation of the state.
The first survey stone was laid at Takkellapadu village of Jaggayyapeta mandal in Krishna district, as part of the pilot programme.

This will be the first land resurvey conducted in the State 100 years after the first land survey was conducted during the British era. ....
