With a storm expected to drop up to 8 inches of snow across Connecticut Thursday into Friday, several municipalities have announced parking bans to keep streets clear for plows.

Well, we are on the verge of the first major snowstorm of the season here in Connecticut. As of right now, we are expected to receive anywhere from 1 to 2 feet of snow across most of the state over the next 24 hours.
Most of us are used to working from home from the pandemic, and many schools are already cancelling or ordering early dismissals. Danbury has declared a Level 2 Snow Emergency after 2 PM today. We have also just received a press release from the Connecticut State Police, who would like to offer a few tips in case you do have to venture out during this dangerous snowstorm. ....
