The COVID-19 pandemic brought the concert industry to an abrupt stop in March when the novel coronavirus started its global rampage. After an 18-month hiatus, the organizers of the National Cannabis Festival (NCF) have returned with the fifth anniversary celebration at the RFK Campus in Washington, D.C.
