The Union Health Ministry revised its COVID-19 clinical management guidelines saying that the COVID-19 virus is airborne.
It stated that the disease spreads when the infected person coughs, sneezes or talks”.
New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry on Wednesday revised its COVID-19 clinical management guidelines saying that the COVID-19 virus spreads “predominantly through the airborne route and droplet released when the infected person coughs, sneezes or talks”. 
This a change from last year’s protocol which stated that
“These droplets may also land on surfaces, where the virus has been seen to remain viable for a variable duration of time depending on the type of surface. Infection can also occur if a person touches an infected surface and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth. (known as fomite transmission),” the Health Ministry’s National Clinical Management Protocol for COVID-19 stated. ....

Guided yoga is more effective than conventional treatment for preventing fainting in repeat sufferers, as per a study published in EP Europace, a journal of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC).1 yoga therapy was also more beneficial in terms of quality of life than the standard treatment.
Vasovagal syncope or fainting is characterized by a
brief loss of consciousness due to reduced blood flow to the brain. Triggers like prolonged standing, fear, pain, seeing blood, and hot, humid environments can contribute to the event.
Approximately half of the general population experience at least one syncopal event during their lifetime. Preventions like keeping hydrated, avoiding hot crowded environments, tensing the muscles, and lying down are recommended for it. However, only modest benefits have been reported with these methods. ....
