A 17-year-old Harker Heights High School student was arrested Monday in connection with the Austin Sixth Street mass shooting that left one man dead and 13 injured, according to the Killeen Independent School District. The Austin Police Department identified the student as Jeremiah Roshaun Leland James Tabb, who was arrested during summer school Monday. âThe Austin Police Department (APD), in partnership with the Killeen ISD Police Department has arrested Jeremiah Roshaun Leland James Tabb, for aggravated assault in connection to Saturdayâs Downtown Austin shooting incident in the 400 block of E. 6th Street,â APD said in a news release. Widening the field of people eligible for vaccination was certainly a huge motivating factor in those decisions, and a local school district is looking to help get more kids vaccinated before the next school year. In collaboration with Baylor Scott & White McLane Children’s, Killeen ISD will open the doors of four campuses next week to allow children ages 12 and older to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
