FALLS CHURCH, VA A 46-year-old Falls Church man died over the weekend when his body was found floating in the ocean at the Outer Banks in North Carolina in what appears to be a drowning, officials announced.
The identity of the man has not been released by the National Parks Service, which announced that the man s body was discovered by a visitor at Cape Hatteras National Seashore shortly after 9:30 p.m. Friday night. As of Tuesday, no new details had been released about the incident by the National Parks Service. ....
