WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) A local sports bar is facing a license revocation after a complaint was filed by a City Patrol Captain.
Tuesday evening Wausau’s Public Health and Safety Committee considered a complaint against Roc’s Place to revoke or suspend their Class B Beer & Liquor License. The complaint was filed by Wausau Police Patrol Captain Todd Baeten and recommends the license be suspended or revoked for violating Wisconsin Statutes and Municipal Code.
The complaint alleges that Roc’s Place violates Wisconsin Statute 125.12(2) 2 which lets a municipality revoke a license for disorderly, riotous, indecent, or improper behavior. At Public Health and Safety’s Meeting, Wausau Police Chief Ben Bliven says there are multiple concerns with Roc’s Place unruly behavior. ....

WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) — A local sports bar is facing a license revocation after a complaint was filed by a City Patrol Captain.

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police have beefed up security with the deployment of at least 3,000 personnel in Peshawar ahead of the New Year s Eve to ward off any untoward incidents.
KP Police said the expanded security plan included the deployment of personnel from the authorities City Patrol, Rapid Response Force (RRF), Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) Units, Elite Commandos, and City Patrol Riders.
They also stepped up mobile patrols on New Year s Eve, KP Police underlined, while special roadblocks were set up at Peshawar s entry and exit points. ....

PESHAWAR: Police in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa s capital city have prepared a security plan for the New Year s Eve, announcing that at least 3,000 personnel have been deployed to ward off any untoward incidents.

Two vehicles donated to Queen City Patrol

Queen City Patrol was left without a ride after a recent collision, but thanks to the community, it now has two new vehicles.
The non-profit, which does needle pickup services throughout the city, lost access to its van when it was involved in a collision on Dec. 5. The organization put out a call for donations to raise funds for a new vehicle, and the reaction was an outpouring of support from the community.
