The incidence of COVID-19 cases fell below 3.5 per thousand inhabitants in Bucharest, reaching 3.46 on Monday, according to the Bucharest Public Health Directorate, and the Prefect Alin Stoica announced that he had convened the Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations, reports agerpres.

The President of the Hotels and Restaurants Employers Organization in Romania (HORA), Daniel Mischie, asked Bucharest s Prefect Traian Berbeceanu for the restaurants to operate until a complete lockdown.
There is no justification for which restaurants should be closed. Bucharest Prefect Traian Berbeceanu announced on Friday the decision taken by the Bucharest Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations to ease several restrictions imposed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, so that restaurants, bars and cafÃ©s will be allowed to operate between 6:00 and 21:00 at maximum 30 percent of capacity.
