Results from yesterday’s Municipal Primary in Pennsylvania… For Lewistown Borough Council, four-year term, the top three on the Republican ballot were Jim Steele, Richard Erhard, and Bill Wilson. Top Republican vote-getters for a two-year term were Larry “Heavy” Searer and Bobby Hammond. For Burnham Borough Council, the top three Republicans were Lisa Barker Wise, Thomas Garver, and Robert Soccio. Matthew Deamer was the lone Democrat. On the Republican ballot for Mifflin County Register & Recorder, Ellen Amspacker defeated incumbent Barbara Stringer. For County Treasurer, Republican Diane Griffith was a winner over incumbent Deb Civitts. Democrat Lauren Mowry ran unopposed. On the Republican ballot for Mifflin County School Board, the top four vote-getters were Diane Stewart, Mark Baker, Don Wright, and John Knepp. On the Democrat side, winners were Kristin Aromatorio, Rose Marie Schulz, Diane Stewart, and John Knepp. ....
